The Greater Manchester Community Pharmacy Conference 2018 & GMLPC AGM

The Greater Manchester Community Pharmacy Conference 2018 is a must-attend event for pharmacy contractors, pharmacists, locums and pharmacy staff members working in the Greater Manchester area. It's a FREE morning of CPD sessions on a choice of topics including: Sexual Health, NMS, Eye Health, and Consulting with Children on childhood illnesses.

The conference includes Greater Manchester Local Pharmaceutical Committee's AGM and presentation of its 2017/18 annual accounts.

Agenda

• 9.00am: Registration, Exhibition and Networking (Refreshments available)
• 9.45am: Greater Manchester Local Pharmaceutical Committee Annual General Meeting (AGM)
• 10.00am: Greater Manchester Healthcare Academy Launch
• 10.10am: Simon Dukes – PSNC CEO
• 10.35am: Contract Compliance and using the Contractor Summary report to improve your bottom line.
• 11.00am: Exhibition and Networking (Brunch & refreshments available)
• 11.45am: CPD seminar streams to choose from;
• Stream 1 - Sexual Health and EHC, CPPE (2 hours)
• Stream 2 - Childhood illnesses consultation skills, CPPE (2 hours)
• Stream 3 – NMS, CPPE (2 hours)
• Stream 4 - consists of 2 one hour sessions: Dermatology, Galderma, and Patient Support for topical eye medication – dialogue, drops & directing, Christine Purslow, Thea Pharmaceuticals
• 1.45pm: Exhibition and Networking (Refreshments available)
• 2.00pm: Revalidation (Optional additional session). This will include peer discussions
• 2.30pm: Conference closes
